I seek fast 8-bit microcontroller (mC).
I read "very high speed 8051" http://8052.com/forum/rea...p;top=4480 I know C8051F000 (Cygnal) clock 240MHz, DS8xC520 (Dallas Semiconductor) single-cycle instruction in 121ns and Scenix mC - 50MIPS (not 8051 architecture). Which another fast 8-bit mC you can recommend to me? |
