your second question is how to load programs by a 8051 program itselp and execute. you have to do dynamic linking at the time of load, as base address changes(look for system programming books for LOading and linking). its no easier tas. yeah if all the jumps and calls in your program are relative they require no linking. but you can not afford to do so.
