i am afraid there won't be any instistute teaching 8051.if you are an elctronics engineering student then it shall be a part of your course.in all colleges datasheets are available and you can always refer that.since you are a beginner it might be a good idea to stick to 8051 derivative in your college kit.working on that can teach you a great deal.if you land up in some problem your teachers and this forum
shall always help you out.
