To be precise, Keil does include the "standard" libraries (printf, etc), but excludes floating-point. All evaluation software has some sort of limitation - I don't think the start address limitation of Keil really classifies it as "Cripple-ware" - you still get enough functionality to see what the tools can actually do. You might even consider that this shows Keil's awareness of what's actually available in the real world of 8051-derivative chips... |
