i've programmed an AT-keyboard for my project and i used scancode set 3. there were no problems until i bought a cheap keyboard which doesn't support scancode set 3. (the scancode set which doesn't generate a breakcode).
this cheap keyboard has also lower speed for generating the keyboard clockpulse.

so i must use scancode set 2. i can read the breakcode and ignore this, but i lose lots of time by reading and ignoring the breakcode. i know there is a hexcode for disabeling the breakcode in scancode set 2 (i thougt this was F9(hex), but i still get breakcodes.

i want to know which hex code i must use to disable the breakcode's in scancode set 2 or how to handle the breakcode without losing to much speed.
