Hi all,
I am now doing a smartcard research and need to find a good smartcard development kit. I find it rather difficult to choose between available smartcard development kits in market because I dont have enough information about these products. Moreover,this is the first research about smartcard I've ever done, so I dont have any experience about these development kits. If you have ever practically researched about smartcards, please help me answer my following questions :

1. What's a good smartcard developmnet kit ?

2. Could you recommnend me some good and popular development kits ?
