Hi Martin,

I implemented the algoritm, given in the Atmel data sheet and it works fine.
A programming pulse of 10ms meet definetively not the given specifications (max 110µs).

Please order a data book or donwload the data sheet for details.

Also watch, that the Atmel 89C52 programming was fully different to the Intel 87C52 programming !
