The one on the right side is a full up video conferencing engine sans its communications interface piggyback(s). Yes it has SCSI. Main CPU MC68332, Audio DSP TMS320C31, and Video Processor 8x8 VCP Chip. Product I designed whilest at RSI Systems. This was the heart of their products known as the VideoFlyer and the MediaPro-384.
