the Ez-USB does not have standard 8051 ports...It has ports A,B & C that are controller via data direction registers (in built 8255 maybe)... So if you download some standard LCD code you will have to modify it so that the data direction registers are correctly set , and the dptr is pointing to the port you want to access . |
