Still awaiting your clarification of what exactly you mean by "debug unit"
Triscend and Cygnal have already been mentioned. Keil have a Device Database on their website that includes a parametric search. You should check if "debug unit" is included as one of the searchable parameters (I can't remember, and I can't check at the moment as their site seems to be broken). |
