Here is the reason why people are annoyed to some personalities.

This type of attitude clearly shows that they are not working on any particular project. Placing posts, and not replying to the queries from the posters, and starting new threads ..... this all indicates that they are doing nothing except to get lectures from seniors on this forums.

Such people even don't bother to see if the topic has been discussed just 5 or 10 threads below.

That's why it results in thread closures.

And I see no use of whatever you name the button as.
