i'm currently working on a final year project that required the following

A 4 x 4 keys keypad with special key function:
a)Numeric 0 to 9
b)‘#’ to change between numeric and alphanumeric
c)‘*’ to change between upper and lower case
d)control keys:
-backspace
-delete
-forward
-enter
can anyone suggest ways/solution to achieved these...thanzs
