hi,
i am working on 8051 microcontroller. generated the pulses from its i/o pin. i gave this pulses to the power circuit which is containing 100volt. as i give it to power circuit the MC 8051 turn off and now it is not get turn on.
i thought that the reverse current may create the problem. i can't get the problem? can u help me. that where my hard ware may got the damage. i also check the board by changing the Microcontroller 8051.
please help me
