Making what you are asking for without R0-R8, ACC, B, NO BIT MODES, NO HARDWARE UART SFR, AND NO TIMERS is something that you are NOT going to get in an urgent manner. With those requirements even a seasoned professional will pull on their hair and charge you a BIG fee.

On the otherhand if you can be more reasonable and relax your requirements it is possible to make a full duplex software UART using just one timer. And there is free code on the WEB.
