Its a just a lot easier to findout what the original person who posted the question really wants before we start jumping in with answers which might not be suitable.

I wholehardedly agree, the problem is, that before that happens, some wild suggestions pop up an leaving those as is can be dangerous to the original poster. I do believe that some of the slowpokes as far as responding to questions are so due to limited PC access in less industrialized countries.
So to let the above be a consideration and let those of us who agree whith the above statement by Jez limit ourselves to counter "wild suggestions".
