The Atmel 89s53 suffers ISP programming problems like this. It is allegedly caused by your software writing to one of the SPI pins too soon after powerup. Maybe the 89c51rc2 has this problem as well?
Also, isn't the 89c51rc2 is one of the ones that suffers flash corruption if you don't use a supervisor chip? |
