First I have not used the uPSD and as such cannot comment on it. ( Hence reading the rest of this post is optional...)


If I am guessing right, you want to try out this MCU and would like to know if there are any potential pit falls- so in such an event an additional qualifier would have helped :

"Hey folks I am planning to use the uPSD in a large volume production equipment. And I will be using the UART / ADC / blah blah sections. Any points to take care ?"

When querying on reliability issues dont you feel its better to give as much information as possible?
