The critical criteria I am looking for is as follows.

Somebody willing and capable of checking the design of a simple ATMEL89C51 processor board with 8 inputs and 8 outputs. With respect to improvment

Capable of looking at the existing code and verifying its current operation.

Capable of rewriting the code and developing a users manual for the unit.

The equipment is currently being used as an inhouse PLC replacment. Therefore good ladder logic knowledge is a plus.

We need somebody close who can work on and off site with our equipment to help us improve our product.
