I cant recall any part number to meet your need that is available from the Indian Market directly.

But I dont think that really is an issue - all items from Analog Devices, DalSemi, Maxim, Philips, Burr-Brown, etc are available through thier distributors in India ( most of them are in Banglaore ).

I would suggest that you do the open search first, locate the part numbers and then contact the local distributors. I have been doing this and without problems. And if its a Maxim part, you can ask for free samples and it arrives from Singapore in about 10 days time.

Maybe one needs to worry about cost and logistics if its for a volume production - but in that case the manufacturer / distributor will be even more willing to help you out.
