This is the right stop.

I have already made one such timer for a washing machine company and sold it.

It has a timer selection of upto 25 minutes, CW, CCW, stop larm, sweet beep on every button push, override interrupt switch.

The only thing it doesn't have is speed.

Just let me know how your motor runs fast and slow so that I may work it that way in (soft + hard)ware. I believe you only need two levels of speed.

The output is relay based, (I removed Triacs from the hardware due to the client's requirement).

My machine won't fly off the Canyons, rather specify which Orbit you want to put it in....hehehehehe.
