As per your reply - I have got my memoy model set to small;

The funny thing is that I kept writing code - for a different part of the project and then I compiled it and the problem went away; I would assume that this is due to me shifting (by adding more code) the location of the offending calling and called functions to the same 2kB block?

Any ideas, not a major at the moment as it is all working again, but I am sure that it will come up again.
