Raghu thanks for the code for flashing led.
I have question for you. I have good book on 8051 controller. Its called "The 8051 Microcontroller and Embedded Systems by Muhammad Ali Mazidi isbn 0-13-861022-3. As far I tell their no example of how write program for turning led on 1.0 ......1.7 then off on each port with half second each led.Basically and endless loop. Not one books I purchased shows this? I always thought that would be first thing a beginner should learn. How turn ports on and off. Instead they give beginner so much to learn, they give up on microcontrol units. Or ask so many questions it drives the expert programmers nuts! The writer never tells you what assembler they used and you must guess! Any way the book I memtioned above did tell you. Anyway just a though. Best regards, Ralph |
