Look at serial comms with the search function here. Be aware that certain crystals may make it difficult to set certain baudrates - look at the "8052 bible" for the calculations or find one of the helpful online tools. That said 60 seconds with a calculator will give you the magic reload numbers your port needs to operate at a specific baudrate.
