Your long post comes across as sounding that you are quite good at English language and communication. However it still shows that you think of "u" as being equivalent to "you" in at least two places. All Mr Malund is asking you to do is to type out the word "you". It is a lot easier to take you seriously if you can just take the time to write your words completely. The fact that your reply to his posting resulted in your long message with several more occurrances of the "u" usage for "you" seems to show that you use SMS out of habit. Some people here don't really like that and so when things like "u" show up for "you" they will comment on it to you. You will find that if you take the time to type "you" instead of "u" that then nobody will surmise that your keyboard is broken.
