Should be obvious if you have the data sheets for both the devices and take some time to read through the SFR listing and code memory sizes and actual pin outs.

In fact these are among the basic checks to be made when switching MCUs.

Listing the differences for you is simple - but better try and do it yourself - its fun that way.
