I'm planning to buy a whole kit in order to start taking 8052 programming as a hobby.

I want to buy the device that puts the HEX file into the 8052 chip (the programming module). Also I'm looking for a good simulator + compiler. I'm using one at university called "ISIS proteus" something like that. And honestly, it's perfect. But I heard that it is extremely expensive. But it allows you to draw the circuit, and select different chips and components and connect them, and run it to see the output, and also debug it ofcourse. And the library is huge.

I'm looking for something close to this. And price is an important issue too. Well, even if the one you know is expensive, I would still like to know.
If there's a website I can order these things from, then this would be very helpful, plus the name of the product.
