#52391 - RE: enviromental test chamber Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I have on several projects made an "environmental test chamber" by going to the appliance store and getting for free one of those large double thick corrugated cardboard cartons like a refrigerator comes in. Take that home and cut it to size and afix the top and bottom with generous amounts of duct tape. One side can be cut into a flap door. Inside mount a porcelain lamp socket for a 250 WATT bulb and wire it to a lamp dimmer on the side. Makes a great temporary chamber. You can also put a fan or two inside to circulate the air around.
