On page 3, Fig 4 in the datasheet, you can find a differential input configuration circuit. You might need to adjust the component values according to your PSTN. Open ends of C1 and C2 should be connected to telephone.

PS. This circuit does not include any protection.

I 'm trying to use zener 3v3 with back to back
connection to protect the circuit.
This idea might be not enough. What component
do you suggest me to use as protector.
