#52766 - multiple inputs |
I wrote the following program to read a port and then write to another port:
mov dptr, #PORTACFG mov acc ,#11111111b movx @dptr , a mov dptr, #OEB mov acc ,#11111111b movx @dptr , a loop: mov dptr, #PINSA movx a ,@dptr mov dptr, #OUTB movx @dptr , a jmp loop END using this code i am able to write to all the 8 pins of a port but i can only read one of the pins which is the first pin of the whole port, which means when i tried to read another pin i could not. can anyone tell me how should i edit the program so that i will be able to read all the 8 pins of the whole port? thanks |
