The one you can buy today is the Philips P89C51RD+. I just bought some at Avnet for half price as they are soon to replace this part with a newer version:

This is an upgrade of Philips RD+ but its release was suddenly held back and has not been released yet.

I've been using the RD+ for about a year in one of our products and we prefer this RX series.
