A few things.

Your DIM statements appear not very correct - why use a Long when a much smaller Byte or Int would do and the right type for PinState is a Boolean. There are a few more issues - but let me stop here - this forum is a wrong place for this

Suggest become a member of www.vbcity.com forum - in fact there are numerous categories and you can choose the right one based on your current skill level.

Yes it is very much possible. Just get the required Bit pattern into the MCU and mov it to the required port ..
