yes paulmon's work in my kits. I connect the RAM-READ pin to PSEN-MCU not READ-MCU (current configuration ), so the RAM is act like ROM area cause it only can read with MOVC command (I use it to store downloaded code from PC). If I connect RAM-READ pin to READ-MCU, I dont' have place to store my downloaded code and paulmon useless.

the board I plan to build is development board, so the size of code variate , but the max size is 8Kb.
