There is one option to narrow down the area of problem : Try if you can give your MCU ( which is suspected to be faulty ) and get it programmed by the company who sold you the programmer or development kit. Then try this on your kit - you will atleast know where the problem is then.
( Note : This option works if the company is a local one and basedd on thier customer support policy. So its only a suggestion - it has worked for me during my student days when I could not afford any scope or analyser ) Raghu |
