#53597 - Making 3v from 5v? |
I have two controllers for this project. One accepts only a 5 volt supply and the other accepts only 2.6 to 3.6 volts.
Currently I have two seperate regulators onboard. I'd like to eliminate the 3.3 volt regulator if possible. What if I stuck three 1N4001's to drop the voltage 2.1 volts (approx)? Is this a no-no? Appreciate any advice. John |
