Searching from all the threads I have found few ones about using MCU for playing music. Somebody recommned MP3, others - raw data, etc. One thread was about play MOD-files. It contains only 2 replies and do not help alot.
Maybe from that time does somebody obtain more info? The idea is play common-used MOD-files (originally come from Amiga) via 51. I thing, chips with PWM are good solution for 4-channel music, aren`t? Have anybody worked with it? Any sources, information are welcome.
Btw, another related question: is there a special hardware IC for such purposes (exclude Amiga Paula chip :)
