Ah yes. Thats a good design of focus lamps, though it does make you look like an elephant-without-trunk.

I could see the flap shades locking and tilting wing nuts but could not see any arrangment to tilt the lamps on to your work area. Maybe they are hidden.

Hmmm I wish could lay my hands on one such.
