So like i said,look at the data sheet,think how to connect your 8052 to one port which is just a standard external ram,and then do the same for the pc port,although i assume you mean the parallel port.
If what you are trying to do is use the dpr as a fifo which is funnily enough a game i have been playing this week then its is in fact full of nasty little gotchas,especially is it would be an asyncronous fifo and the flags are a little tricky.
