Anyway, Sanjeev, if I were you I would settle for the frequency output. If the signal is to be handled by 8052, with 4-20mA you need to convert back to maybe 0-5V or so and you MAY loose some accuracy in the process.

With a frequency input, you dont need the analog section - OK I am assuming that the frequency will be one that the 8052 can handle..
