Sadly while I was away from work, a nice kind person spilt coffee into one of my machines and shorted out the power supply.

So far I managed to fix all the damaged components except one, a 2sk1603 fet, none of my suppliers sell them. So does anyone know of a pin for pin replacement or where I can its datasheet from?
