I thank Mr.John Maniraj for guiding us through our diploma project; we were stuck in the ISP for the RD2.

The whole project “V5 PLC” is based on the Philips P89c51rd2 and has 8 inputs ,8 outputs and 8 configurable pins(can be set as input or output).The code for the uC is written in a simple language like the language used to program the siemens S5 PLC.
Then it is converted into assembly and then into hex. All this convertion happens on the desktop PC running windows 98. We used VB for this…at last the code is downloaded into the RD2 using the RS-232.

We have our exams in the month of November and by December we would like to host it on the internet…so that it could help someone…
