If I do understand you all:

You must write your own bootloader code in the application at a defined region. Rewrite the MAIN application in flash WITHOUT any erase FLASH function?

Any idea on how I can buildup this fixed bootcode in KEIL? The update routine has to be called remotely. Next data shall be transmitted using CAN messages.

Cause now the compiler is able to put any code in any region. How can this be avoided?
