While looking for something else, I just noticed the following subfolders in my KeilC51EXAMPLES folder:
Save This Code
     16MB RAM on ADuC812
     1MB Constants on Classic 8051
     3 XData Areas on T89C51RD2
     4MB Variables on Classic 8051
     E2PROM on 80C51RD2
     E2PROM on T89C51RD2
Might be worth a look?
