The CEIBO EB-51 is a simple, but quite capable little In Circuit Emulator, also marketed under the philips name. The cost seems to vary between $400 and $1000. 2 years ago, the cheapest source was Philips (through distributor).
It aint no Cadillac, but you can get to work in a Chevy too.
