I use only Flash Magic. And Baud rates upto 19200 are not a problem. MAybe it can go higher but I am using a Serial to USB convertor in my Laptop with WIN-XP and the problem lies there. If I attempt higher speeds I get a "blue screen " shutdown!

But on PCs with direct serial port 38400 baud is easy.

I do have Win_ISP - but in terms of user friendliness it is no match to FlashMagic. ( Win_ISP can come up with the most cryptic error messages like a sadist )
