Isn't this a miss use of the product? It is for evaluation purposes only.
Could be a valid argument, however, if the 10 lines of code a year are done with Keil, they are very likely to buy Keil if they start doing any actual work. Why not recommend buying it or using a public domain version such as SDCC? The whole purpose of this question is that I would like not to work with two different toolsets, it is already done with a "public domain" assembler which you would have seen if you read the whole post.
