Puh! Switching to 32MHz is not so easy!! You use at least double sided PCB with solid ground plane or (preferred) four layer board with Vcc and ground plane? If not, forget it!
Keep in mind, that addressing memory becomes complicated and timing errors can occur. E.g. address latch '573 must be fast enough... As Erik already stated: 32MHz quartzes on the market are often overtone types, which resonate on third overtone. But for microcontroller oscillator you need a quartz resonating on the fundamental!
