#55632 - RE: SMT
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hi Igor,
SMT 160-30 TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The SMT 160-30 is a temperature sensor consisting of a temperature sensitive semiconductor and an integrated A/D transformator.
The sensor generates a pulsewide modulated rectangular signal with the same amplitude of the supply voltage and a frequency ranging from 1kHz up to 4kHz. The frequency is proportionally to the temperature.
SMT 160-30
temperature range: -30 ... +130 degree Celsius
supply voltage: 4,75 ... 7 V=
current usage: less than 200µA
Regards,
Charles Bannister
