Most processors can use as little power as you like,you simply run the clock slowly,all those which are static designs anyway.In fact with something like smart card processors is that they use one or two cycles per instruction so they can be clocked slowly with little loss of performance.
I suspect what you really want is a processor with low static power consumption,the cop8 from national used to be a good device for low pwoer but its abit old now. |
