The 74HC/HCT/HCU139 are not pin compatible.
They ARE. Every part containing 74XX139 WILL show same pin configuration! What I need is a 100% alternative for the ALS. The only 100% alternative to ALS would be ALS! If timing is critical I would try 74AHC139, or even 74AC139. 74HC(T)139 and 74LS139 are much slowlier. Kai |
