Hi,
I am working on RPM meter with counter method, [counting Pulses for 2 secs]. I am able to display timer content on 7 seg Disp.

I am trying to add CALIBRATION rutine in which user can Show any Display figure for same pulses input.
For this I need to calculate one multiplying factor which may be some floating figures such as 2.32 etc.

My problem is how to do multiply or div with such floating numbers.If I take only intigers It will be big error in readings.
Can anyone help me out this problem.
